ETYFA, the Natural Gas Infrastructure Company of Cyprus, moves to the next implementation phase of the largest energy project in the Republic of Cyprus, as the company announced in a press release.
Through a corresponding notice which was released on Friday, 13 March, ETYFA published a tender concerning the engagement of Owner’s Engineers (‘OE’) for the Provision of Services covering the management of the EPCOMA and the initial operations of the LNG Import Terminal Infrastructure located in Vasiliko, Cyprus. The proposal submission deadline is the 30th of April 2020.
The tender is titled “ETYFA 03/2020 – Request’s Proposal for the Provision of Owner’s Engineer Services for the Cyprus LNG Import Terminal Project”, and the summary of the tender and all the required accompanying documents can be found on the public procurement electronic governmental portal in the following link:

The infrastructure development project in Vasilikos will include an LNG floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU), a jetty, mooring facilities, a pipeline on the jetty and other onshore and offshore related infrastructure. The Cyprus Liquefied natural gas Import Terminal project is co-financed by the EU through CEF (Connecting Europe Facility).
