Cyprus Parliamentarian Nicos Tornaritis, Vice-Chair of the Foreign and European Affairs Committee met Friday with Suselis Morfa Gonzáles, member of the Council of State and Secretary-General of the National Bureau of the Young Communists League of Cuba.
Morfa Gonzáles was accompanied by Cuban Ambassador Omar Leyva Rafull and Juan Miguel Cruz, Head of International Relations of the Young Communists League.

Tornaritis expressed gratitude about Cuba’s stance towards the Cyprus problem and briefed Gonzales on the Turkish provocations in Cyprus’ exclusive economic zone.
Morfa Gonzáles thanked the Cyprus MP for the country’s stance regarding the US embargo.
